Delivery & Refund policy
For our classes and craft workshops:
Your order will be marked as FULFILLED once you attended the class/classes you signed up on our website. Attendees will be asked to sign an acknowledgement sheet with your signature and also photos taken during classes as proof of attendance.
I'd like to cancel my workshop/class booking:
If you'd like to request for a cancellation/refund of your class/workshop booking, please email us at [email protected] with your name and invoice number.
We can only provide refunds for cancellations that are made AT LEAST 24 hours in advance. Last minute cancellations and no shows will not be entertained.
Once cancelled, your request will be accepted within 12 hours.
All refunds will be credited to the payment gateway's original credit card/debit card. This may take up to 14 days, depending on your local bank.

For art supplies and at home art kits:
Delivery of items:
Once an order is placed, items will be packed and dispatched out within 3 to 5 working days.
For local orders in the Klang region, please expect 5 to 7 working days for delivery from our third party courier partners. Once an order is sent out, you will be sent the corresponding tracking ID and number via your email address.
Requesting for refund:
At ART ABODE KL, every item will be inspected and packaged securely before its dispatched to our customers.
We sincerely apologize if you have experienced any fault with your item(s)
The cost of the return parcel and delivery will be borne by ART ABODE KL due to our mistake. Please email us at [email protected] with a detailed description of the damage, including a picture of the item(s) that shows us the issue.
If the item is exhibiting a genuine fault ( damaged, broken, or broken in shape ) between 14 days after you receive the item, we will provide an exchange once the inspection is done.
However, please note there are a couple of rules. We can only accept returns on items - including art kits and tools - if they are sent back
- In full and in their original packaging
- Unused and unopened (including paints and liquid mediums)
For packages returned or refused, please note that there will be a RM28 charge if you fail to return the item(s) back with its original ART ABODE KL packaging.

Return Progress:
All the returns will be subject to a return fee. All the return items will never be sold again to any other customers due to our strict covid-19 policy.
We suggest customers return the parcel using your preferred shipping method.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Inspection of returns usually takes 7 business days, but it might take longer during busy periods.
As a small business, the time, labor, and materials that contribute to fulfilling an order are significant resources.
Receiving your refund:
We aim to process all returned orders within 7 working days.
However in some cases, due to the current global situation, this time frame may be extended to 14 working days. All refunds will be credited to the payment gateway's original credit card/debit card.
